Summer Residence

This island residence was a renovation from an existing main house and guest cottage. The design incorporates a screened porch breezeway, which features custom stone fireplace, beaded fir ceiling, and granite flooring taken from the site. The extensive Ipé decking and railing system surrounds the entire house to accommodate a necessity for protecting the small children of the family. The roof structure of the main house was designed to maximize the living quarters on the second floor.
